We are a Business to Business company and are therefore do not want to collect personal information. We want to communicate with business and therefore collect information about companies and potential clients.
For marketing purposes, we collect the following information from potential clients
Company Details (Name, Job Title, Company, Company Address, Company Email, etc)
This information is only collected if
- You provide this – e.g. email HSAT, complete a form for HSAT or otherwise request information from HSAT
- The information is publicly available (for free or payment) e.g. websites, LinkedIn, etc).
We do not collate financial information or sensitive personal data.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

There may be times when we use third parties (e.g. LinkedIn, Survey Monkey, etc) to support is in communicating to a wide group of people. In this case, we will be using these platforms combined with our marketing information – e.g. distributing an invite to an event.

All data is stored within the EU and the EEC.
How do we secure personal data?
We are a B2B company and will therefore not be collecting personal data
The data that we do have is closely protected, including:
- Limited access
- Full encryption
- Two-factor authentication.
- Internal security policies including routine patching.
How long do we keep your personal data for?
We are a B2B company and will therefore not be collecting personal data – we only store data as long as reasonable. We review our contact lists every 12 months, at which point we will securely delete any irrelevant, outdated contacts.
Use of automated decision-making and profiling
We do use marketing tools, such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Google to promote content. These platforms target people on demographics details and examples of this are below:
Within these platforms, it is possible to group people by location, job, company etc and then push adverts out to that group of people. We do not have the details of those individuals – we merely select the demographics/company details. I.e. we do not have any personal data
We do have the ability to re-target adverts. For example, if you have visited our website it is possible that an advert in LinkedIn is that promoted towards you. This is conducted automatically – HSAT does not record these details.
